just haven't been able to stop listening to this old favorite for days now. i might hate california, but this is how i feel about my little eastern township nook.

having this break from work has been truly lovely. i thought i would be bored by day 2 and desperately so by week 2. but instead i haven't had a single day without something to bigtime smile about. have been taking advantage of this time to spend as much time as humanly possible with some amazing people that busy life makes it too difficult to see regularly enough. have also been reading and writing and sleeping a good bunch. "real life" is going to start up again soon enough, so im making sure to enjoy every last second of this.
